Benedict’s Rochester and James Beard award winning chef Paul Berglund are excited to announce an August series of dinners in which Paul will take over the kitchen at Benedict’s after hours and serve meticulously crafted, approachable small plates and pastas. The limited-run series will take place over two weeks; 8/15-17 and 8/22-24 from 6pm-10pm. No reservations, all guests are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis.
This series of dinners will highlight the rich and diverse bounty of Southeast Minnesota and the greater region. Given the time of year, you can expect the freshest summer foods available, served in a fun, casual environment.
